We had major renovations done last summer and Willie and his team were an integral part of that. Work including removal of internal wall, new flooring laid, kitchen window removed and this space then enlarged so we could later install sliding doors. He always turned up on time, followed the plans the architect and building warrant stated and at one point even saved us money without cutting corners. The work was done in the summer during a heatwave and the area they were working was south facing but this did not put then off as they were keen to finish the job to the time scale they had quoted. Cleaned daily after themselves, respectful to us and neighbours such as doing noisy jobs later on the day when they could. Highly recommended. Thank you for all you did.

We have just had our garden completely renovated, including adding decking, grass, borders and planters. Our original quote was out of our budget, so William worked with us and offered suggestions on how we could adjust the job in order to bring the price down to our budget. He was very reliable and was always happy to answer any questions. The works has been completed to a very high standard and we are so happy with how its turned out.

William built a porch for me this year, in November. It was finished on time and budget, even though the weather was against him. He turned up on time, and packed the short day. He always spoke to me, keeping me fully informed of progress and any tweeks that were needed. I have had so many people compliment me on the construction and how it looks "so in keeping" with the building or "how well finished" it looks. I would highly recommend WJS Builders.
