I asked Edinburgh Gardeners to do a full tidy-up of my Mums garden which is lovely but had become neglected. The team sent were great, energetic, friendly and hard-working really pleased with the end result and the attention to detail would recommend them

I was really optimistic about getting in touch with Edinburgh Gardeners because they had good reviews on their website and Google, but I received horrible customer service. To start with, I tried to organise a time for a garden quote. Alan forgot about the day we had agreed. This didn't trouble me too much as it can happen to the best of companies and decided just to make another appointment with him. We agreed on another time. 24 hours before this appointment Alan came round to my house and let himself into my back garden for a look. At no point did I give him permission to do this and I felt uncomfortable that he had done so without asking. He asked me to call him to discuss the garden work. Our conversation as followed: "I feel a bit uncomfortable that you let yourself into my garden when I wasn't at home." "Oh right, yeah it didn't occur to me that that would be a problem." "I think I'm going to look for another gardener." "Well that's fine because you sound like a f**king pain in the arse anyway." "Excuse me?" "You heard." Alan hangs up. I recommend to avoid this company. I was completely shocked at the service I experienced and will be telling everyone I know about it.

Edinburgh Gardeners did a very good job significantly trimming a large tree in our garden. They were efficient, friendly and well organised. The tree was neatly trimmed and all debris was cleared away. The price for the job seemed fair. I would certainly recommend them.

Edinburgh Gardeners built me a beautiful black limestone patio, looks great and the water run off is perfect - no puddles! They were also able to trim trees in my garden, allowing light to flood into kitchen. A professional, friendly and quality all round service.
