I was surprised and disappointed at how many initial enquiries to other companies went completely unanswered, but Nicole at LazyLawn Scotland was so quick to respond to emails and so helpful throughout. They all made the process a lot less stressful. We are so happy with the final result; the quality of the artificial grass itself as well as the standard of the installation.
