        I bought a lamp from PP & unfortunately the shade arrived damaged courtesy of Royal Mail. Upon contacting, PP immediately offered a refund or replacement & apologised for the postie, even though it was nothing in their control! Almost immediately, a replacement shade was made & sent out...and arrived in one piece! Beautiful product & amazing customer service...I couldn't ask for more! Will definitely be recommending to friends. Thanks again

        Ive received a number of items from Phabulous Pheasant now, from cuff links to jacket pins and can honestly say that the quality of goods are fantastic. They are all unique in their own special way & if you are looking for something different or a little bit of Scotland to send to a friend, this is the place to go. You will not be disappointed, well worth 5 stars for quality & service.
