I went to see Naomi, not because I have any physical or postural pain, but because I understood that she would be able to help rebalance my nervous system, and restore my mind/body connection. Having spent too many years operating in a state of high functioning anxiety, Naomi has helped to calm me and I genuinely feel like a different person. Her treatment space is beautiful, and when I leave after my adjustment I can breathe like my lung capacity has doubled. I highly recommend committing to a treatment plan with Naomi, her holistic outlook is enlightening, and her skill and confidence inspiring - you will be in safe hands.

I went to see Naomi because I had pelvic pain and back pain. I thought I'd get an adjustment and feel better for a while. But Naomi is different, she doesn't want to just adjust your spine and send you on your way, she genuinely wants to help you reverse your pain and learn ways to avoid it coming back. I look forward to my sessions, the clinic is relaxing and welcoming and I always leave feeling a little lighter. I also take my son (currently 9mnths) and can see such a difference in him. I couldn't recommend highly enough and I think Naomi's care is something everybody and every body deserves.

Naomi was recommended by my daughter last summer and I decided to book some appointments mainly as a lifestyle choice to supplement the changes I have made over the past 3 years. I never knew much about chiropractors or the importance of ensuring our nervous system is in tip top condition in order to support and compliment a healthy lifestyle. I will most definitely continue with regular adjustments with Naomi (who is an absolute pleasure to be around) I now consider this appointment as important as a healthy balanced diet!

Theres not enough stars for Naomi, 5 is too low. You can sense how much she cares about you as an individual from the moment you walk into her clinic, itself a haven of calmness and warmth. I have multiple issues with my body and Naomi has helped me so much to get to a place where although it will never be perfect, it works for me, rather than me working around the niggles and pains. There is no overnight cure, no quick fix, rather this is a process that takes time. Its an investment in your body and your well-being. Visit with an open mind and youll be rewarded with a more centred sense of being. Thank you!

I first met Naomi as I booked to attend one of her retreats (a must do for anyone wanting to connect back to themselves), but then realised that her spiritual outlook and focus on healing the whole body completely matched my own. I decided that the neck issue and suspected pelvis misalignment that I had been battling with was going to meet its match with Naomi. I totally surrendered to her expertise. I booked a block of chiropractic treatment, which meant twice a week adjustments for 4 weeks and then single visits for the next 4. My posture and neck pain have improved massively! I began really looking forward to my visits as both my body and mind felt hugely better after each visit. Naomi creates such a beautiful sense of community and I am proud to say that I am part of it. As such, I completely recommend attending Life and Light Chiropractic for alignment, nervous system issues, digestive problems, and get along to one of her wonderful retreats too
