My partner and I had a lovely stay at Ralph and Lesleys Air BnB and were greeted with a very generous welcome pack! Its a beautiful place with a fantastic location and we will definitely be recommending to family and friends! There are lots of great places to eat (which were kindly recommended in the the welcome pack) and we really enjoyed ticking off a few of them 3 nights was not enough to explore this lovely Scottish town and its countryside - we will definitely be back and be staying here again. Thanks, Hannah & Matt

We were lucky enough to be the first visitors to 5 Biggiesknow, for our first visit to Peebles family for more than a year, and were met by a lovely welcoming gift. Lovely rooms, a lovely aspect of the river with a small terrace leading to shared gardens. We enjoyed entertaining family and my 90+ mum loved the view. Hope to visit again soon.

This flat is right in the heart of Peebles - only a two minute walk from the High Street, where there are a lot of fascinating and unique shops, not just the usual suspects you'd find on every main street. The flat itself is really attractive with plenty of facilities and the kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook for yourself, but there are more than enough great places to eat in the town. It's also spotlessly clean, comfortable and peaceful. We loved the French windows that opened up to the garden - there's a deck at the top of a gentle grassy incline down to the gorgeous River Cuddy, where we sat having coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. We could easily have sat there all day just watching the ducks. This was a brilliant find - a real home from home, and an idyllic spot to relax and discover the Scottish Borders from. We'll definitely be back!

5 Biggiesknowe was the perfect place to "switch off" for a week. The rooms are clean, airy and comfortable, kitchen well equipped and the double doors to the deck overlooking the river added to the relaxing atmosphere I needed - was visited by two families of ducks every day. Lovely gift pack on arrival and great ideas in the visitors book for places to eat and local walks. Will definitely be back - this is like a secret haven.
