        I booked this service for a second time at the weekend after a very good initial experience - never again! In spite of a whatsapp message to book, followed up with a phone call, and an SMS text message the day before to confirm arrangements, my poor elderly cat went hungry and thirsty for two days during hot weather. So far no explanation has been offered for this failure to provide the agreed service. This was very poor and I do not recommend using Critter Sitter in Peebles.
