A great opticians with a fantastic team. Friendly and helpful reception staff and clinical staff who are incredibly professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. I have been a long term patient at the Queen Street branch in Edinburgh and have become used to the incredibly high standards of service they provide. While Peebles may be a smaller branch the level of service is just the same. For someone with a complex prescription it is reassuring to know that we have such a great service in the Borders.

Got my glasses here a few weeks ago, At first the optician broke my glasses and had to order a new frame, then when i got my glasses the glasses turned out to be the wrong strength...
