        Paid for a fortnightly garden waste collection. The company collected my garden waste on the first week and that was the only time. On that first and only occasion, they broke the handle of the green bin. They continued to take a further two payments from my account but failed to collect my garden waste. When I contacted them to ask why, they didn't explain why they hadn't collected the waste but reimbursed me for the two weeks missed. Eco collect rep Katy said that they would get a replacement bin out to me the following week. It is now 3 weeks later and I still do not have a replacement bin. I cancelled my account with them and as yet still don't have a replacement functioning bin. Lack of service and communication. Service: Yard debris removal
