Zoom Motorhome Hire

This was our first time renting and their service and helpfulness was impeccable. They supplied lots of pre-information, not only about the motorhome but also campsites and touring. The fact that they also have the vehicle fully equipped to go, so you only have to bring your clothes makes all the difference. Plus the complimentary extras on the food/drink for our first night were really appreciated. Both Malcolm & Pippa were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We would thoroughly recommend their services.

We hired 'Lennox' for a tour up along the Moray Firth and had a wonderful time in a lovely and fully equiped campervan. There was indeed nothing to bring but our clothes. Malcolm & Pippa take pride in their campervans & mobilehomes and their friendly customer service was second to none. They provided lots of great information and nothing was too much for them. They aim to ensure that you have a great time, and their help/advice was much appreciated. This was our 1st experience with a campervan and I was a little apprehensive on the driving, but the driving was surprisingly easy and it very quickly became quite normal. I can fully recommend Zoom Motorhome Hire. They are a small family-run business and they certainly give a great welcoming friendly service, and they have lovely campervans and mobilehomes.

We hired Munro for a week at the beginning of April 2023 and did just under 1000 miles going anti-clockwise around the NC500. Pippa and Malcolm are genuine people running a genuine business. Information From booking to departure was very timely and relevant and all questions were quickly answered. Munro, as seemingly like the other vehicles, was only a year old and had 13000 miles on the clock. Everything worked as advertised and the small attention to detail was great. There were only two areas of the NC500 we were advised to stay away from due to the vehicle size(7.3m long) but that didnt detract at all and found the roads perfectly navigable. We spent just under 280 on fuel for the 1000 miles with prices averaging 1.65 a litre. We would have no hesitation in using Zoom again or recommending them to anyone else. Thank you!

Fantastic experience!!! The friendliest renters we've ever met, Malcolm and Pippa, did a fantastic job preparing the motorhome perfectly fit to our needs and our long trip to the Route 500 with our puppy Cookie. The vehicle was immaculate and equipped with everything you may need, they even included a breakfast pack (very yummy homemade granola) with some high quality and local products. Really appreciated the bottle of red wine which was well thought for a long journey like this. Communication before, during and after our vacation included lots of information and helpful tips. Malcom was always there ready to help and support at all times. Absolutely recommended for first timers and experienced motorhome fans. We'll definitely come back again at the first opportunity.
