After a recent upgrade of our business website, we have nothing but good things to say about local Web Development company 'Untangled Web'. Both Ken and his business partner Craig are straightforward, professional and easy to work with. From Start to finish Ken was very supportive and provided sound advice every step of the way. We felt very involved in the process which was great as we have ended up with exactly what we wanted, and some! Unfortunately I took unwell during the process and Ken & Craig were amazing, both offering to pick up the slack to help moves things forward in my absence. The offer of help was appreciated and demonstrates a willingness to go above and beyond for their customers. We are very satisfied with our new website and have received lots of positive feedback regarding the design and how easy the site is to navigate, a must these days as there is nothing worse than a badly functioning website. Our UN retirement association (BAFUNCS) has been working with Untangled Web for the past 30 months and I cannot speak too highly of the services they provide in terms of website hosting; technical and development support; training and advice. I approached Untangled Web in August 2019 to design a website for an Alcohol Tasting Events business that I run alongside my job as Brand Ambassador with The Dundee Gin Co. Ltd. Ken did a fantastic job with a modern, colourful, and very user-friendly website for me. I'm extremely pleased ! Ken is also a very accommodating and helpful web designer, and the level of support I've had off Untangled Web has been excellent...
