Helen Crowley - Massage & Pilates

After months off work with a tendon injury my physio recommended Pilates at Silver Tree Studio. Helen is a fantastic teacher and massage therapist. So knowledgeable, and her extensive training/qualifications really show. Despite her fun, relaxed style I really feel the burn in class. My strength, balance and flexibility have all improved and made me a better mountain biker, a faster swimmer, and a less painful runner. She's also fixed many a sore bit with massage, and has a magic skill for finding the real source of referred pain.

Just enjoyed a great few days in Peebles. The highlight was a visit to Helen for a fantastic relaxing massage. Felt the benefit for days and will definitely be going back in the near future.

I have had regular appointments with Helen for the last 8 months or so and cannot recommend her highly enough. We always start with questions on specific needs and this combined with Helen's specialist knowledge means I get the most out of every session. Even when there's an area I haven't mentioned, she seems to instintively find it and work on it. In terms of the location, the studio is bright, spotlessly clean and welcoming, and I always leave feeling mentally and physically realigned.

My husband signed us up for Helen's Pilates for beginners class in January this year . Her light-filled studio and small , friendly class is a great place to begin learning Pilates . I am impressed by Helen's teaching skills and use of props to explain Pilates principles . I've also had a couple of massages with Helen , which has helped relieve stress and soothe sore muscles . I highly recommend Helen for massage therapy and as a Pilates teacher .
