Whilst at glentress snapped my derailleur took it to bespoke cycles Peebles . The guy in there was accommodating and without question just wanted help and get me back riding the next . Even though we couldnt get the part he got it straight up on the stand and got it rideable for the next day . Very helpful and friendly would definitely recommend bespoke to any riders up the tweed valley . 5 star service

After riding my motorcycle down from Edinburgh I lost my clutch upon arrival in Peebles. Stopping at the first safest place, I was at a loss until I noticed Bspoke Cycles just down the road. I knew I needed mineral oil for my clutch issue and thought it was worth a shot to get me back home. The two lovely people working here were immediately understanding and willing to help me out. Not only was I able to get my mineral oil, the gentleman also let me borrow his syringe for bleeding the existing oil out of my clutch and to reverse bleed the new oil. This really saved my skin and I was able to get the bike working and back home in a couple of hours! PHEW The service here is kind, thoughtful and humane, and if I were into non-motorised bikes I'd only wish to have a shop like this near me. Thanks again!!

Very friendly and well kitted out shop they helped me with a mechanical supplying and even fitting a bolt for my gear changer... wouldn't take a penny. Thanks, guys will be back a little less muddy lol
