Love Street Vets

Could not recommend Love Street vets highly enough! I have had both my cats registered with Love Street over the past year. One of my cats unfortunately sustained 2 broken paws as a result of an attack from another animal and required surgery on one paw. The standard of aftercare and support that has been received by Love Street Vets has been fantastic. Every single member of staff including vets, vet nurses and reception staff have had such a caring and compassionate attitude to myself and Kovu and have all been great in their approach. The atmosphere in the vets is lovely and the reception staff are brilliant and very hands on and interested in the animals. I have been given lots of information with regards to assessment, treatment and prognosis and been able to make well-informed decisions regarding Kovus care and been given lots of useful and helpful advice. Every members of staff we seen has spent time speaking to me and assessing Kovu and I have never felt rushed in any way even when I have had lots of questions. Appointments are available when I have needed them and I have been seen on time with no delays (although of course I wouldnt mind waiting due to the high standard of care). Due to the complexity of Kovus surgery and complications I have had lots of contact with the team at Love Street and could not recommend them highly enough. They also completed Kovu's amputation surgery after his previous surgery (not at Love Street Vets) failed. I would also say that they are very reasonable with regards to pricing and offer options for care. I could not fault one single part of the care Kovu has had and continues to receive at Love Street Vets and would like to thank the staff so much for their continued care of him and their compassionate approach (with both animals and owners!).

My partner and I can't thank Love Street Vets enough. Every time our rabbit needs to go in he is treated with so much care, consideration and respect (one of the lovely receptionist's even shared some of her strawberries with Nugget when he was unwell this time) Everyone in Love Street Vets really care for your furbabies and their owners. It's just so lovely. They all go above and beyond and can't thank them enough for the amazing care they provide every time. Thank you so much from us and Nugget!

Cannot reecommend Love street vets highly enough. Have been taking my pets here for a few years now and I'm always met with great service whether from the receptionists, vets, nurses or clinical staff. Really lovely team that have always made me feel heard and supported. Truly go the exra mile!

Visited Love Street Vets with my little dog Poppy. Everyone, and I mean everyone is so friendly. You can tell that everyone there loves animals and will always do their best for them. They are patient and kind. I would highly recommend them. Transferring both my pets over to here has been the best decision I've made.
