Budget Car Hire

walked through building, no signs for budget, went outside to cabin, he said go back inside to desk. you only see the sign BUDGET when you walk back into the building, as when you 1st walk in, the sign is behind you. had 2 people in front of me, took about 20 to 25 minutes to get seen, when guy outside is doing nothing. Car is covered in scratches even a few dents, but no proof, no one showed me around the car, didn't receive a copy of what was shown to me on the computer for damage list. The MG car was fantastic to drive, so I was happy with that.

I dropped my car off early before they open as I had an early flight. Then they claim damage to the front wheel of the car which is not there, totally invisible in the photos evidence they submitted. Totally ridiculous and they take advantage of people who drop off the car after hours knowing they will be leaving on a plane and cant do anything about it.
