Fantastic tour we participated with tourguise Dave :-)He was excellent, funny, and gave tremendous information about history of hs beloved nation. The music on the tour was all the way authentic Scottish experience with the various Gaelic, folk, and other songs played .Absolutely reccommend Dave's tours.

With only two days in Glasgow, one of my bucket lists was to see some of the Highlands and Loch Ness. My tour guide was Colin and my friend and I had an absolutely amazing time. The directions to find the bus were clear and we are were briefed before going. Colin had the perfect balance of humour, history, and culturally enriching tidbits of information. We were lucky because our day was sunny and clear skies, so we got to really enjoy our time seeing all the breathtaking nature. I think the best part of the trip is not just the sights, but the fact Colin provided such enriching insight on Scottish history, such as the story behind Bonnie Black and the Massacre of Glencoe. He also had impressive information on Scotland landscape and the unique features to the land, such as the different monroes and lochs. We were fortunate enough to go on Loch Ness and I believe it lived up to the hype for sure. Finally, I had the pleasure of trying whisky flavoured ice cream, so everything I could want in an experience was met: happy mind, happy stomach. Thank you to Discover Scotland Tour and I hope to be back!

Thoroughly enjoyed my 4 day trip to Scotland with Discover Scotland tours , one of the best trips of this year for me. Pros - small group size (16 max) - the mercedes van they use is pretty comfy and doesn't toss you around. - perfect time is given to explore every attraction you don't feel rushed - the accommodation they arranged in skye was clean and comfortable - the guide was amazing, very knowledgeable, funny , considerate and sweet. explains everything clearly. - P.S if you want to check out more pics from the trip you can follow me on Instagram - Desi_Abroad Cons - you don't feel like leaving Scotland n you might want to buy a holiday home there - you might not have a great weather so be prepared (we got lucky with the weather, we explored a beautiful sunny Scotland)

We went on the trip to Loch Ness, Glencoe and the Highlands. The meeting spot was easy to find and we got a very warm welcome from our Scottish driver, John. He had a big smile on his face and already made some good jokes. John guided us through the day in a very calm and safe way, whilst making funny jokes or small conversation. He had a lot of interesting stories to tell about his country. You could tell that he loved the area. John knew the area very well and made sure we saw the best spots. He helped us change the route a bit so we could see Loch Lubnaig. That was really the highlight of the day! Loch Lubnaig was so much more beautiful than Loch Ness. But we loved the whole trip and all the different spots. John made sure we had time to spend on our own and made desiscions about the route with the group. He made sure we would stay ahead of the crowd as much as possible. We loved the spots that we saw and the route was beautiful. It is a long day of driving so make sure you pack some snacks and water. You do stop regularly, so you can buy drinks or food. But its nice for on the road to have some snacks as well. We saw the trip on a folder in our hotel The Hampton Inn. We liked that it was a family business. They also have small busses (max 16 people) which we liked because you can move faster and see places more up close. We also liked that they made sure we and the company would care about the environment we drove through. We also thought the price was very good for such a full day of sightseeing in the Highlands. Thank you John and the rest of the team for an amazing day! It truly was the highlight of our trip to Edinburgh and we will definitely recommend your company!
