From the very first response to my enquiry on WhatsApp I knew I was dealing with a genuine company who knew what they were doing and were keen to provide a first class service. My 55 inch Led Flat screen had lost its picture and only had sound so I was unsure if it could be fixed. The Guys reassured me it could be and gave a potential diagnosis which turned out to be spot on. We took our tv to their shop on the Monday morning and were greeted by Bernard who talked my wife and I through the process gave us an estimated cost and told us he would get back to us by possibly thursday. We had a great chat about paisley and times gone by and I have to say it put a smile on our face as we enjoyed the reminiscing and the history lesson that Bernard also warmly shared. We received a phone call the next day to say the TV was fixed and a new PSU board had been fitted at a very reasonable price. On collection Brendan showed us the TV working and even carried it to our car...he is an absolute star. I feel like i have a new tv and would have paid at least 5 times this amount to replace the TV so this was a real money saving experience. What a fantastic customer service that is very rare in this modern world. I can't recommend Bruce TV repairs highly enough. My warm thanks and gratitude.

Backlight stopped working on my TV and Bruce strung me along for a good number of weeks telling me he could fix it then eventually admitted that he wasn't up to the task of replacing the part which he had priced at 150/180 pounds and basically told me to throw my 1000 telly in the bin. It's just a pity he seems to be the only tv repair shop close to me I think I'll have to get a second opinion from somewhere a bit further away and I definitely won't be taking any future repairs to this shop. Completely useless

Great service, would definitely recommend to anyone. I messaged today on their Whatsapp number to get advice and a quote. They offered great advice free of charge and we're knowledgeable about the fault, unfortunately a replacement will be needed but they advised what makes to replace with and gave good set up advice. Thanks again for your help!
