        Waited at the Royal Alexandra Hospital for nearly an hour after having phoned twice from their Freephone Box. Another Renfrewshire Cab Driver, who was very helpful, and drew up outside, did run me home as his Fare had not appeared, but my ordered taxi never arrived, despite a recorded message stating that it would be with me in 6 minutes after my second phone call. Very inconvenient after having had to stand outside for nearly an hour while recovering from a serious operation which took place a few weeks ago.

        taxi driver wouldnt let me out the taxi when i said i was going to get the money for it because my card wasnt working he then proceeded to grab my phone out my hand get into his car and started driving as i was holding onto his open driver seat door causing me too fall and badly injure myself, he stole my phone and drove off with it i am a minor
