    Just got my snappy shopper delivery from Lifestyle extra. They didn't have the wine I ordered in stock so when they called I said "substitute them with whatever you think is best". And omg they did a great job! Now I have a new favourite wine! Always very pleasant when they call, good range of products and always fast delivery. 5 *. Thanks guys

    I've literally spent approximately 1020 on this store in HALF a year, on Snappy Shopper. Each time they have to call as they don't have an item, forget to mention the other half of my order they'll make up without my input, often omitting lots - as they don't have their products, such as 1.5litre of vanilla cokes, I've ordered SEVEN times - and I get royally ripped off. Today instead of 4 litres (2 bottles) of Barrs Cola I got 3 500ml bottle of Barrs Cola. Apparently that because the store has to work out the cost to them? I asked why didn't you decline my order (which his staff have done holding over 100 out my account for 5 days) and he claimed he needs Snappy Shopper to do that, another lie. Under the Retail Trades Act 1968 you MUST be provided with an item of the same standard or above for your purchase, not LESS than to meet the costs of a shop with about 4 items no one wants. Please be reminded its at least 4.50 PER DELIVERY before your produce, so yeah, you're paying the premium. I feel like they've taken the proverbial urine given that they know most of their customers are Ill or unable to physically go to a shop... If I wasn't ill I wouldn't continue with this I'm just going to use Uber Eats, now their grocery stores sell cigarettes too, and it's the same or cheaper cost? Thank for nothing, I'm not putting up with a clown show except its hemorrhaging me money and poor service!
