Baskets are in an easily accessible location and are made of better than average materials which is good if you need to carry heavier items. Unfortunately the baskets aren't the deepest and you can fit maybe 4 large bags of frozen items.
I can't remember if there are carts or not however, I'll update this the next time I pop in.
All in all a great place to shop if you're planning on buying frozen foods.
