        I visited this store on Saturday April 22nd to find staff stood together whispering and watching customers in an incredibly unapproachable manner. A disinterested and abrupt female member of staff finally approached... unfriendly tone, poor attitude, unprofessional. Overall unpleasant experience. We promptly left and bought next door where the service was welcoming, professional and informative. If I managed this store, I'd be horrified to find my team conducting themselves in such a repellant way on a busy Saturday.

        My partner and I went in today to look at sofas. Within a few minutes of entering and looking at the display pieces I noticed a younger staff member talking to her manager and pointing at us ( which they didn't do to any other customers in the store). The manager proceeded to circle around us looking at us through the cut outs in the walls before following us from behind. The younger member of staff didn't interact with us when we walked past instead continued to talk to their mates. We left straight away after getting profiled for no reason. We went next door to Dfs and bought a sofa as intended with no issues. Will never buy from Sofology Paisley again after this interaction!
