Horrific customer service, my first and last time here, genuinely some of the worst Ive ever had, went in to discuss options for a pair of boots I had and to ask if they can do anything about the heel drag and asked if I could show him a picture of something Id seen done by another cobbler online, the short bald man began shouting at me about how I dont know his job and and I shouldnt presume to know it and that people like me just assume his job is easy, all of this while shouting at me, I was genuinely lost for words because I hadnt been confrontational in the slightest, merely asked what my options were, after me repeatedly having to calm him down and ask to not be shouted at he explained that the process would take over a day, cost me 12 and was an ultimately pointless endeavour that would do nothing to improve longevity of footwear and was a pointless practise therefor wasnt worth the effort or me wasting his time. Ive worked in various forms of retail for over 10 years and seen many an argument between customer and service provider but I have never seen a customer service provider be the one to start a shouting argument and the customer be the one having to deescalate, now I can say not only have I seen it but I have experienced it, I would give negative stars If I could and I encourage anyone to view this place as a last ditch effort only to be used if your alternative is walking around barefoot for the rest of your days
