Anyone thinking of speaking to a therapist should contact Rebecca. From the initial enquiry, she is warm, approachable and makes you feel safe. She's also very responsive, which I found wasn't true of other therapists. This was important to me when I felt anxious about asking for help. Therapy isn't easy - there's a lot of work to be done by the individual, however with Rebecca's calm manner and impeccable listening skills; you get there. The therapy room is a bright, comfortable space and little additions to the sessions such as chilled bottled water were a thoughtful addition. There's also ample parking on site, which again helped relieve some of my anxiety. Such are Rebecca's counselling skills, even when you don't know how to introduce a subject, she manages to guide you in to sharing and working through the issue until it's resolved or you have a plan of action to help move forward. To say the experience has been life changing is fair. It's also been life affirming!
