Gas Services Extra

One of the most unethical companies I've ever had to deal with. When we called them to ask to replace the lock in a door that had been broken into, they charged us 95 in advance and sent a subcontracted locksmith. The locksmith said he couldn't install the lock , as teh door was greatly damaged, and left, advising us to contact some other specialist who coudl help. When we asked the company for a refund for not providing the agreed service in the end, they agreed to return only 1/3 of the price, claiming that they need to refund travelling expenses to the locksmith. The locksmith claimed to not have received anything from them, and in any case wouldn't charge that much. And when we confronted them they got angry and said that we shouldn't have contacted the subcontractor. They first charged us 3 times the normal price for a lock change and then just wanted to keep the money for doing nothing, even though they didn't provide the service. We got robbed twice that day, first by a thief, and then by this company that takes advantage of people in need.
