Craig arrived on time, completed the work quickly and efficiently with no mess. Very pleasant to deal with. Would recommend.

Can't thank Craig and the team enough for all their hard work. Did a great job with my bathroom. Everything was so easy from choosing what I wanted from the brochures supplied by Craig to fitting. John did a great job with the tiling. Definately recommend CJ Plumbing and will use them again for other jobs. Thanks again Craig

A few weeks after Craig had finished the work, my wife and I noticed blistering appearing on the main bath panel. We spoke to Wholesale Domestic and they blamed the installation. We spoke to Craig and he blamed the bath panel. Nevertheless, Craig offered to come round and replace the panel. This was a year ago. Craig has repeatedly arranged to come round and replace the panel and then just not turned up. We are now looking for someone else to do the work. As said, the work is very high quality. The rest of the bathroom still looks great. But the bath panel still needs to be replaced. Craig is a nice person, but unreliable. *Update 17/09/2020 - We finally got round to replacing the bath panel. The joiner had to remove the bath panel with an electronic handsaw, as there was no other way, so the expensive panel was completely destroyed. Upon inspection, there were muliple leaks under the bath, some due to poor plumbing, some due to leakage through the damaged bath panel. There is a possibility that we may have to use our home insurance to replace water-damaged floor boards. We also suspect that the problems with the bath panel were not due to issues with the panel, but due to Craig's poor installation of the panel. While I understand that bathrooms require maintenance over time, I do not accept that, within 3 years of installing an expensive bathroom, I need to pay hundreds of pounds to replace a panel, plumbing and floor boards, not to mention re-painting sections of the ceiling in my kitchen and upstairs hall.
