Order key 2082169107808 Invoice number #10785 Order date 11/03/2023 My both son had photography in school I ordered some of photos. The black frame is cheap it's not frame its cupboard made. Secondly all the photos have black marks on it and black and white dots on absolutely all photos. Very disappointing I paid 37,95 for this?.. Seing all the bad reviews and now I regret why did I order. I went to their website and made complaint don't know if they gonna reply me

Two points: 1 the order itself 2 the photos. 1) To be completely transparent, there was an issue initially with my order. I ordered the Diamond pack, but somehow (none of us know) the wrong one came. I was panicking this would be an issue. I got in contact and I luckily had quite a bit of screen shots of the order because family were splitting the pack. With great discussion (They summed up every print cost. I decided to save paper, not return items and pay the difference of those printsplus difference on the Diamond pack (I wanted the digitals). All in all the team were patient, informative, gave several options, were unmistakably clear and the resolution was respectful/amicable. I asked to review and they said google is the only way presently, so YES I am satisfied. 2) I see bad reviews but I cannot fault my experience, if your child did not act as desired in the phots that's not really on Horizon for human behavior (especially little beings with growing personalities). Yes some photos for me were not centered but there were 16 (many similar) pictures I could choose an alternative. Moreover, if you get the digital you can crop it. They are doing their job and lets not pretend children can be defiant and give that dreaded grimace or scowl. My child has significant learning difficulties and I praise they got wonderful pictures. They aren't miracle workers and have a high client load to go through in a day. If the subject doesn't want the photo you can't expect perfection Thank you guys for the support. I hope I have been clear enough. I won't be attaching the photos for the privacy of my child.

They are not professional photographers, they took pictures of my children at the nursery but in one of them the children did not smile, they were not arranged as a professional photographer should have his eye formed, my little girl even had tousled hair, and in group photography of those who go to school the children were placed in a straight line in groups of 3 children and it looks very ugly. I do not recommend them at all, they are not worth the money they ask for.

Don't really know where to start with this so instead, here are a list of my main complaints 1. No contact number provided to discuss the poor quality of images sent through. 2. The price for such shoddy workmanship (63 quid for a set of office quality prints and picture quality worse than an smartphone camera) 3. Images printed on cheap white paper, no photographic paper of which you would assume with a PHOTO 4. No care taken to set the shot or encourage the subject (my child) to interact properly with camera 5. Terrible lighting. Clearly the equipment on the day was just for show 6. No files supplied with my overpriced prints, which is pretty bad when considering the poor quality of the prints supplied,so I can't even take these images prices them to improve the overall standard and then print on photo paper. There is more but I don't think it's worth the time and effort.
