Ive been a member of MTB Fitness since January this year and I can say, hand on heart, Gosia is the only trainer to help me lose a significant amount of weight, which was my goal. Shes extremely knowledgeable but, more than that, so warm and encouraging. The plans are tailored for you as she and Michael really understand that not everyone has the same health & fitness goals, which is refreshing. The app is easy to navigate, meal plans and workouts are provided and regularly updated to prevent boredom setting in and there is a weekly check-in which is always quickly responded to in order to monitor and make any changes for maximum results. Highly recommend!

5 months after having a baby I struggled to find a PT that had postpartum qualifications....until Gosia. Why did I not discover this girl sooner! Gosia drew up a nutrition and workout plan to help my body start shifting the baby weight and I have seen a big change since starting with her in May. Definitely recommend her and MTB fitness for anyone wanting to get into a better lifestyle and have great inspiring, motivating coaches to keep them on track.

MTB Fitness Group is fantastic!! The nutrition plan is awesome - I am losing weight in a healthy way (no more yo-yo dieting) and enjoying a variety of foods so do not feel like I am cheating myself. Gosia is extremely knowledgeable. The weekly feedback is especially helpful so you know youre on the right track. Shes always on hand to answer any questions and give you plenty of encouragement along the way. The learnings from this process will definitely help me going forward, both on the nutrition side as well as adopting different training strategies. Ive lost weight, got fitter and feel so much healthier! MTB Fitness group provides an excellent PT service and is highly recommended for anybody looking to work hard and achieve results!

I am at the end of my 12 week plan with Gosia, I never thought I would get to my target, the guidance and encouragement has been outstanding. I feel amazing and never thought it was possible to get back to my happier self. I would highly recommend xxx
