To start he took a USED towel from underneath another customers foot to use for me!
Even though there was an entire pile of fresh ones?! Yuck!!
He didnt remove my gel polish & instead proceeded with a pedicure around the old, chipped & grown out current colour. Very Odd but I tried to trust the process.
Service was lax & half done. Literally scraped one foot & I had to put the other one back up after he initially dismissed it.
Cleaned under & around the toes on one foot but not the other???
The scrubbing was terrible as well. I had to tell him to not scrub the soft upper side of my foot. Maybe lack of training?! But all the side of my foot & top is now scratched up.
After the pedicure part was complete he then took the old polish off. Makes no sense as now the clean feet are covered in powder.
I had to stop him from starting to paint with my toes STILL COVERED IN POWDER!
Any rookie would realise painting over dust will show underneath the nail polish.
Another lady seen my washing my own toes & explaining to the staff member why you need to wash the power off first & asked if everything was ok. I explained the reason why you remove first & wash after.
Nothing further was said.
Overall very very bizarre experience. Would recommend management invest in training their staff so the service provided is done correctly and to a standard worth the money customers fork out. Service: Pedicure
