Really disapointing. We have been waiting for several hours to get the car we have already paid before coming. One hour waiting for the shuttle which was coming to the airport from the rental situated just next to it and then more than an hour just to pay the caution. Finally we can not pay with our credit card because they are not able to accept it. Forced to cancel our insurance, to pay another more expensive if we don't want to wait two more hours. If you want a car, you should flee.

Worst experience I have ever had with a car rental. Do yourselves a favour and shop around before going with this company. Complete nightmare. Did not get rental car and still waiting on refund. Please stay away. Only giving 1 star so I can post this.

Let me start with rude and ignoring desk staff @ GLA while picking up the car. Then, while being on remote island, when I got in trouble (lost car keys), they were MORE than unhelpful and had zero of any empathy in my situation. When I asked for manager, lad on the phone told me to call back next day (it was 4pm Sunday), as there is no manager on duty. When I asked for corporate number, he told me to look up on the website. Now that I am being charged (I understand that) for towing the car, I have never received any bill or explanation of charges. When I try to fill up a form on their website to request that, field for pick up station (Glasgow Airport) it says station is incorrect! Unfriendly customer service at the station on pick up, unacceptable at distress and now the website! Never ever rent at this company! PS I now discovered that I was charged extra for 1. "diesel car", even if I did not consent to that nor was informed about it 2. exchange rate MARK UP (my card orig in Euro zone), even if I was paying in GBP They are thieves!!!
