There are no words to describe how incredible Kim is as a person, never mind her absolutely unbelievable cake skills. Kim provided our wedding cake and we have received endless compliments on its design and how amazing it tasted. We couldnt have asked for a better wedding supplier

I recently joined Kim on one of her classes...it was AMAZING! I've always avoided square cakes as I've never been able to get those nice super-sharp edges I've been so envious of on Kim's, so I went to the master The class was really chilled out and with only 3 of us there, we really had one-to-one time to ask questions. Kim was really helpful, made is all feel right at home and was keen to find out about our cakey journeys as much as share her own knowledge. The class was delivered at the right level for those attending, some more basic info mixed with more advanced techniques, but Kim would be able to adapt this to any experience level. After watching Kim demonstrate on her own cake, it was our turn, and not only did she make it look so easy, she taught us how to make it so easy. The wee tips and tricks she shared were absolutely invaluable and really set this in-person class aside from any online class I've ever watched. Thanks Kim...watch out for square cakes galore in 2023!
