    I can only speak about the one time I used them a few years ago... they're always on Groupon offering something half price but i'd never go near the place again. Charged me a fortune for the repairs, but I thought fair enough that's what it costs...... Halfway home the brakes just completely stopped and I had to grab the handbrake to stop myself walloping into traffic. Took it elsewhere and watched as they sorted it, parts had been badly fitted, things put in upside down. Things might have changed since then, not sure. But if its the same guys I'll probably get a sarky reply.... If they're gonna be cowboys they should have the decency to wear the full outfit while you empty folks wallets for work you've not got a Scooby about.

    Started with a motorbike MOT, couple of minutes into the MOT the tester broke off my side stand and told me to go get it fixed, no apology no nothing just a rude shrug off despite him breaking it off. Having already paid for the MOT I went to get it fixed out of my own pocket and came back the following week. MOT failed, some points absolutely fair but some straight up innacurate, front brake reservoir empty (it was full to the brim) and back break cylinder contaminated (It was clear, the plastic housing on the outside was dirty). I just ignored it and rebooked for a retest the following week only to be told on the day that they can't do it because half the staff are off sick, this would be understandable if they cared to phone and let me know they are cancelling services that day. So off I go again having wasted my day to then finally having the retest done a week later. Had issues before myself and my friends who went there for an MOT but decided to give them another chance. Clearly should have avoided. Service: Vehicle Inspection

    Booked an MOT online on the 28th of February, as the MOT was due on the 1st of March. Everything went fine until the car failed and needed a tire and a rear stop bulb. They didnt have the tire in stock that day so decided take it to another garage to change the tire. Was told they wont be able to re-test on that very day which is understandable so was told to call after the tire got changed and theyll let me know when to come back to get the car retested. Called them the next day on the 1st of march, was told they were fully booked so they couldnt do it. Called again on the 2nd of March hoping there would be spaces, got told they were short staffed and few people were off sick. Took my details and was told theyd call back but didnt hear back from them. Called again on the 3rd was told they were really busy and only had one tester and wont be able to do anything. Told them my MOT had already expired and I couldnt use the car to get to work so it was an inconvenience. Was told to bring the car in on Monday which was today the 6th of March. Took the car in this morning only to get told they didnt have anything written in the book. When they literally told me to bring the car in with the print out that they gave me! Complete waste of time just to do an MOT! If you have a week of free time take your car there! Absolutely no communication or any attempt to solve the issue. Service: General repairs & maintenance

    Took the car there for the MOT. It failed so they did some repairs (screen wipers, suspension...). After passing the MOT, I collected the car but the wipers were disconnected. I took the car back there the very next morning. They refuse to have a look at it saying that they were not responsible. I had to take the car to a different garage to reconnect the wipers.
