I used Countrywide to sell my flat. I was very nervous about the procedure. I was reassured from first meeting as I had had a bad experience a few years ago. Experience of Countrywide is from buying, selling and mortgage advice. Amazing service. All staff I spoke to (Christopher, Catriona, Alison) were professional, friendly and helpful at all times. Special mention to Donna McLean our mortgage advisor who was all of the above and more, helped me with any queries I had and set my mind at ease from the start and particularly at the last minute when I hit an issue and she worked so hard to help fix it and make our move in date. Nothing was a trouble to her.

What an amazing service I got from Donna from start to finish everything went so smooth . I went through with another mortgage advisor in a different place for 6 month and never got anything done . I was so skeptic to start again but omg Donna just finished everything in 3 days . I cant recommend her enough shes the one for this job . Shes so professional and friendly.

We used Donna McLean at Countrywide to help arrange our mortgage for our new home . Donna was extremely helpful and professional throughout. We had the need to amend our mortgage offer at very short notice on the week of our move. Donna pulled out all the stops to make that happen for us and was a major factor in us achieving our moving date. We really couldn't thank Donna enough.
