Poor customer service. Ordered three personalised stockings and the one meant for my son looked nothing like the other two I had ordered despite ordering the same item with different characters on it. The one they sent me was extremely poor quality. Emailed them straight away and got a quick reply stating they would send a replacement in time for Christmas - this didn't happen. Emailed back and forth from December through to April the next year and still nothing. I've now had to try find another company to match the stockings we have. Extremely disappointed as this is a local business that I would've liked to support.

Ordered with this shop through their Amazon store, honestly can't fault them. I ordered a personality baby blanket, delivery was fast and the product quality is beautiful. I had a great experience shopping with this store.

Ordered 2 personalised Christmas stockings which didn't arrive, have tried contacting Hoolaroo about the order but as yet no reply after several emails. And the phone number doesn't work either
