No idea what has happened to the crisis service, but considering they are supposed to be the 'emergency support' for patients at the Chatleston, it clearly isn't working if they don't answer the phone. Also, could Mary please stop suggesting tea and toast as a solution to everything - a lot of people are experiencing very serious issues and frankly this approach is woefully patronising.
