Worst company in the world to work for! Do not care about their staff at all! I worked a 10 day notice period although only a week was needed to help out due to staff issues and was promised I would be paid the holidays I was due which was roughly 9 days holiday and I have been fighting this for months with very little response what an absolute joke! Stay clear of this company!!!!

All members of staff at SRS are always nice and helpful. I work with Siobhan mainly, she's an amazing carer and person to work with.

I work with the Livingston branch Great company to work for with hours to suit your needs. Management are fantastic. They listen to clients and staff and care about both clients and staff and help when needed. Best care company I have worked for.

Most unprofessional care company Ive ever worked for south Lanarkshire ur cares are great the management is shocking tell lies false information at supervision break very confidentiality in the book you never get paid right staff never stay there is care companys and care companies avoid avoid they will move you everywhere you have to fight every month for you correct wages correct miles they change service users times no consistency wats so ever the manager lament at south Lanarkshire should be sacked Im sure the Peter and Gail mark abd Gail have not got a clue what they get up to they blame staff for everything care has a large turn around in staff but this company its beyond belief Ive got union involved now they scream at staff down the phone shocking AVOID - 5 I would give them !!!!! The reviews on here are the family of the owners and the one with the brown tough .
