        disgusted with the way one of the staff spoke to me today after spending a lot of money in there I asked to speak to the manager I won't be back in a hurry

        I've just visited the Linwood store with my 2 Grandchildren and the staff are so helpful and friendly . I wish to mention Kirsty in particular, who trawled through numerous Hot Wheels cars to find the one my Grandson needed. She was so delighted to find it and just made his day - and mine! First class service ! Well done Smyths.
