        Since my initial contact with them I have not been able to reach them again, no reply to emails or answer to the phone I had an initial house survey, they told me they would send an inspector &that I would qualify for assistance when the government got sorted out with P. Ms. but nothing happened. Any companies known for help with boiler replacement & loft insulation please advise

        Qualis recently installed a new air source heat pump at my property. The service was excellent from start to finish. First, a detailed survey was done to ensure the system was sized accurately. Then the installation guys came and replaced all my radiators and pipes which was done quickly and to a high standard. The team were friendly and professional. The sales guy Mark was especially good in helping me with my Home Energy Scotland loan application and provided all the necessary documents on time. Communication was great and even had the owner come to do some quality assurance! All round great experience and would recommend to anyone. Service: Heating system installation
