We have recently started using Castle Residential to rent a property and have been delighted by the service we have received. The team are always very quick to respond, and extremely helpful in terms of their knowledge, whether its introducing you to recommended contractors for home improvements or guiding you on things you need to consider. Extremely professional and friendly. Castle was my first experience with letting Agency, right from viewing to exit everything, was top notch !!! For every complaint in the property, they would respond back immediately. Thank you for all the help !!!!

Castle provided a very good service and achieved the aim of finding a quality tenant within a reasonably quick timescale, which included the Christmas and new Year period (I assume a period of low activity). The property was originally priced at 1250 per month. While activity appeared to be high, finding a prospective tenant to go that one step further proved difficult, which indicated that this figure was too high. On reduction to 1190 per month activity picked up and led to a tenant going firm relatively quickly. On the minus side, perhaps communications between Castle and ourselves could have been a bit more proactive, though this did not affect the achievement of the end result. There were also a couple of administrative issues with the tenancy agreement which were successfully resolved by both parties. The staff at Castle were very good in their interaction with us and gave us the impression that they were working hard to look after our interests.

Had been a tenant with Castle Residential for 8 years up until the middle of 2022. The team at Castle Residential have always supported me fully thorughout my tenancy and ensured any issues were raised with landlord and taken care of. The whole team were always supportive but will pick out Daryl and Jax who made a massive effort, especially towards the end of my tenancy. Would recommend using Castle Residential if you are looking to rent a property.
