Beelieve Health & well-being have been looking after my mum for the last 5 months since she came out of hospital after a long stay . As a family we were very nervous about how it would work with her being back home with a new care provider but we had nothing to worry about . They also made sure the team my mum has would be people that she would get on well with and have things in common . She has a speech problem which the team take the time to make sure they understand what she is saying and what she need . As well just being professional they are also very caring and have taken the time to get to know her as a person and get to know her personality what she likes and dislikes. As someone who has always taken pride in her appearance they always make sure her clothes arent just clean but also matching which means a lot to her as well as is a a a family . Some of her care need being complex they always take time and dont make her feel rushed . As well as her being well looked after so is her home its always clean and tidy As well as being homely . The team go above and beyond to make sure she is cared for which means a lot to us as a family and has helped take away some of stress . With her care need being complex they always make sure they keep me up to date with anything I need to know and make sure if a health professional is needed for anything they are contacted . The communication between myself and them is excellent there is always someone there day or night to answer any questions or concerns After having previous experience from an other home care provider the level of care provided from Beelieve is night and day This company is a credit to the care sector its lovely to see people who truly care being in this industry And would highly recommend them

An amazing company, I cant rate the care and service we have received highly enough. We started our journey with our 18 year old daughter who was coming out of full time education and entered the world of adult services, we where nervous about giving a stranger the responsibility of caring for our daughter. We could not have been put in contact with a more supportive, professional care team . They understood our reservations and went above and beyond to find the right support worker for our daughter. We get the peace of mind knowing they are professional, caring, supportive and always put the needs of the client first . The real proof of the amazing work they do is the change in our daughter and its wonderful to see , they have given her the confidence to attend college and enjoy her experience as an adult in education. Our daughter who is 21 has support from Beelieve Health & Wellbeing services. They support her with a one to one package, 2 full days a week with it being tailored to her specific needs. Emma needs encouragement and enthusiasm and the support workers give it in bundles, being professional at the same time. We also use the tuck in service 3 times a week with personal care also given. The staff have made a good rapour with Emma and I would advise anybody looking for well trained and caring company to try Beelieve.

The staff at Beelieve HWB cared for my mum in her final months with cancer and vascular dementia. The level and quality of care was outstanding. The superior level of professionalism and the excellent standard of care provided meant, that as a family, what was a very difficult and distressing time, was very much eased knowing that my mother was in the very best of hands. The package of care was individually tailored to meet my mums particular needs; there was no one size fits all approach. Communication was detailed and regular. Care was proactive rather than reactive. The small team assigned to my mum took the time and effort to get to know her as a person. Truly 5 star.
