        A very desolate feel to this building now with toilets in a state of disrepair, green spaces poorly maintained and parking charges for employees in office buildings. This has Completely killed local business such as the Cafe in the building who will struggle to attract custom now. If as much time was spent on charging tenants for parking as repairing toilets and the building itself , or attracting new tenants this building might not feel like a nuclear waste site ! Almost feels like trillium are trying to drive out organisations to sell the land ?
