Jane the receptionist has shocking people skills and to think most of the people she is speaking to in that manner are unwell is disgusting . She should be sacked!!

Been a 'patient' of this practice since I was a child, and I'm far older now. I grew up with a great respect for Dr's, they've earned that, but that respect has slowly eroded at this practice over the last several years. My elbow and hand pain over the last couple of years has been passed off as due to alcohol (never been a drinker) and tennis elbow (without examination).... recently, and thankfully, the practice physio told me straight away I needed hospital treatment and likely surgery as it's trapped nerves......so thank you for that one Dr's. I also suffer from a chronic stomach disease, diagnosed a few years ago, and after having spent many days and nights in a lot of pain and discomfort I've asked for referrals (as instructed) to the team who specifically deals with it. Might as well have been speaking to a brick wall as, until recently, the most I got was a bottle of Peptac peppermint oil. I genuinely fear going to an appt. these days as I usually come out feeling worse than when I went In. On the verge of taking the official complaint route.
