Terrible service... just want to keep u on high doses of methadone for longer periods of time; decades even. No mental health support offered, no explanation for why you're giving certain medications. Appointments are few and far between...... could be a lot better.

Some staff do listen and care but most are rude, condescending and have no real time for you. The staff are always on annual leave when you most need them or can't get them in or on the phone even there own mobile!! However if you make the mistake like many and miss 3 days at the chemist be prepared to suffer the duty worker he is so rude I'm complaining. I already was ill enough!! my own worker was you guessed it on annual leave so he rudely made things very difficult for me and said I need to wait till my worker is back the medical there won't do me a prescription!!! Leaving me suffering for weeks which he says is my fault and a hospital would just send me back to them....I AM FURIOUS WHAT A HORRIBLE PERSON.

Must be chronically under-funded, takes forever to get even an initial appointment.... Then you're on a waiting list forever. I waited, and was actually very hopeful and looking forward to receiving help. How wrong I was. Condescending staff that seem harassed by your presence, we're all just people looking for help and you're the only show in town. Do better, and try actually caring.
