Good and efficient. Friendly staff. My one concern is that if you do not take their insurance they block 1500 on your card. This remains blocked and unclaimed for a period of just over a month for me it was 1April to 3 May. Even though my hire was for 5 days and the car was signed off as no damage upon return. I probably would try another firm next time as I do not feel it reasonable to block money for such a long time.

40 minutes after collecting the vehicle, "check engine" light came on, and started misfiring, then "change oil" light came on, swiftly followed by "tyre pressure low". All this on a two year old vehicle. Called the office, to be told rudely that the situation was "difficult to believe", yeah well we couldn't believe it either!! Looking at other reviews, it seems to be a regular occurrence.

Just wanted to post a quick review for Daniel at the Glasgow Airport Drivalia . He was very kind and helpful right from when we stepped inside the building. Even gave us a nice upgraded car. I am a tall man and he deffinetly helped me and my wife out giving us a SUV. I would deffinetly recommend this place and on top there prices are fair and cars small and look brand new !
