It is important how things are taken care of when they go wrong. We had an accident during our trip and greenmotion was flexible and thought along in our unfortunate circumstances. Thank you felikss!

Very bad customer experience. We were overly pushed during 1h to buy an electric car for 200pounds over what we already have paid. They pushed us saying that the electric car system in scotland is amazing etc. My boyfriend finally said ok because he was tired of it. However, we are from Canada so we could not dowload the apps to pay the electricity. Also, we were heading to the highlands and very remote places so that was really not going to be good for us. So we called, asked if we could change back because it was not working for us so they said ok we are gonna give you the car you were supposed to have initialy and refund the 200pounds over. We arrived there and suddently they dont have the car we paid for initially and they gave us a super mini Fiat and didnt refund the 200pounds..... We were going to the highlands on remote tracks etc... can you imagine with that type of car. It was not a comfortable car for the roadtrip we did and it was difficult because of this. We are not happy about the situation that happend there. The cars are in good condition and the initial price is good too. But dont push clients to buy or change plans when they arrive from a 10h plane trip please, that's really not fair.
