The second time I've used Go worktops to supply Minerva work tops. Really helpful staff checked I was buying exactly what I needed. Will definitely be using again

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They might be a bit cheaper but I would avoid at all costs. The worktops didn't turn up on the right day when they did, the fitters installed the worktops unevenly, they forgot one of the upstands and didn't know how to fit the island. Communication between departments is shocking. Its almost been a month since the installation date and we still have no island. No compensation offered, emails not answered and calls ignored. Installation cancellations sent last thing on Friday.....the list goes on....

Contrary to the previous reviews I had a good experience with this company. Having initially placed my order through an out of date website (not of their own fault) I was contacted to inform me of the pricing mistakes and offered a refund, or the products at the actual price. The delivery was arranged for the following day, and the two guys who delivered the items were right on time, friendly, and no items were missed. I cannot speak for installation, as I am handling that, but the customer service and delivery alone warrant 5 stars. The quality of products seems good, however only time will tell on that front.

Warning do not use this company! Was sent the wrong size Corian even though our measurements were spot on and I sent a photo of the delivery. Had to order some more on the recommendation of the supplier which was also the wrong size. Fitter had to come three times before the job was completed. We are out of pocket as the company will not take ownership of mis ordering. Totally unreliable, horrendous customer service, Nothing but stress and upset as a customer, cant believe still in business. Please dont use.
