I cannot recommend Pattison & Co highly enough. Every member of staff I dealt with was polite and reliable - which is very important when you need to leave a message. I have had communications peter out in the past but they kept me up to date regularly, even when there were no developments to report so I knew that they were on the case all the time. Melanie Patterson in particular went out of her way to explain the Scottish legal system and its differences from what I was used to in England, and walked me gently through the purchasing process, highlighting pitfalls to which I might otherwise not have paid enough attention. Highly recommended, will definitely use them again myself.

I must highly recommend Pattison & Co. Over the past year I have utilised their services for real estate and, regrettably, deeply personal reasons. They have never let me down. I have found their approach to be warm, understanding and patient. However, above all of this, I have appreciated their translation of legal jargon that to an untrained ear would be stressful. Both Bridget and Melanie have made me feel reassured at every step of the way and I have appreciated their assistance greatly.
