Very disappointed with the poor customer service I have received from a nurse / receptionist while seeking for advice from I believed professional health care worker.
Her lack of listening skills and patience was appalling.
I believe a huge part of this rewarding job role is to treat people with dignity and respect (as it is proven by NHS staff every day).
Unfortunately this wasn't the case.

Also muttered something under her breath which I asked her to repeat,then she gave me a snide,dirty look.She should never be the first face a patient sees for the beginning of a bad experience!
