I've never had negative experience with NHS staff in general until this morning during my call to Ferguslie Clinic. Very disappointed with the poor customer service I have received from a nurse / receptionist while seeking for advice from I believed professional health care worker. Her lack of listening skills and patience was appalling. I believe a huge part of this rewarding job role is to treat people with dignity and respect (as it is proven by NHS staff every day). Unfortunately this wasn't the case.

As said by the last reviewer the attitude of the receptionist is appalling. She should not be in this job if she doesn't like people. Will be moving doctors ASAP due to her and the doctors behaviour

Receptionist looked me up and down like I was an alien,when I asked to make an appointment, as it was busy on that day. Also muttered something under her breath which I asked her to repeat,then she gave me a snide,dirty look.She should never be the first face a patient sees for the beginning of a bad experience!
