        Receptionists always helpful on the phone or in person. Doctors are always down the earth, understanding and helpful. Anyone adding bad reviews, should remember all staff are human. No one is perfect. These professionals at the Greenlaw Practice deserve respect and a little empathy wouldnt go amiss.

        No issues with receptionist staff always very helpful and spoke to a doctor last week very down to earth and actually listened to what I was saying. Video call facility is the way ahead.
