        Purchased a sofa from Steven at Paisley natuzzi very pleasant helpful and enjoyable experience. Couldnt recommend highly enough advice given was excellent and I left the store confident that the purchase I had made was the right one for me.

        DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS POOR EXCUSE FOR FURNITURE COMPANY! Update to the review below, finally got the chair repaired, now it has failed yet again. Seems good till something goes wrong. My powered recliner has failed 3 times in a year. Every time it takes multiple calls before they finally send an engineer out. Then, despite me telling them the switch has failed, they haven't brought a new one and we have to wait weeks before the part arrives.
