        The volunteers are really helpful and great, nevertheless the staff helped people with the essential needs but it is extremely poor regarding different cultures, with Eurocentric point of view. They didnt think that children started to feel the volunteer as a member of the family. In addition, they made different mistakes (they wrote wrongly the name, the surname and the postcode) when I asked them to help me to update my address in order to continue to receive the books of the Imagination library.
